What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Can I cancel or change my order?
There is only a very limited period of time where an order can be changed or cancelled before it’s dispatched. You can call us on +61299684097 (LINK) during business hours or email us at info@stompfootwear.com.au and we'll try our best to help. If your order has already been processed, dispatched or delivered, you’ll need to follow our returns procedure.

Why has my payment declined?
If your credit or debit card has been refused, try and ensure you have entered the correct details. Alternatively you can re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

When will you take payment?
Payment will be taken prior to despatch of your order.

Can I track my order?
We will provide you with an Australia Post Tracking Number once the order has been dispatched.

Is my order guaranteed or could it be cancelled after I place my order?
There is still a possibility that an item may be out of stock by the time your order is processed at our warehouse. If so, you will be notified and a refund will be issued.

What are your delivery charges?
Stomp Footwear offers FREE Standard shipping on all orders over $150 for Australian customers only. Delivery Fee Australia wide for orders under $150 is AUD$15 for Express Parcel post, $10 for Standard delivery, sent via Australia post.
International Customers please email info@stompfootwear.com.au us for a delivery charge.

How long will my delivery take?
Stomp Footwear delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post. General delivery time is 1 to 2 business days depending on location for Express Postage and 1 to 10 business days for Standard Post depending on location.

Can I have my shoes delivered to a different address to my billing address?
Yes, our delivery options will allow you to have your order delivered to anywhere as long as it's an address within our delivery area.

Can I get a refund?

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. We do however, offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind within 14 days of your purchase.

You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note if the products you have purchased have a manufacturing fault.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

There are 2 ways you can exchange your Online purchase:

You can post your item(s) back to Stomp Footwear Pty Ltd. We must receive your return within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Please ensure you enclose a completed copy of your Returns Form that was
received with your order. If we cannot identify the parcel as yours, this will cause delays in processing your exchange.
For postal returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

When requesting an exchange from the Online store, we will post your new items without charging for a second delivery. If your requested item is not available when your return is received, we will process a refund for you instead.

Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your parcel. Please allow some additional time during high-volume periods.

You can return your purchase to Stomp Footwear Pty Ltd within 14 working days of the date on your receipt.
As proof of purchase, please show the store staff your packing slip or your email receipt.

All returned items must be in unworn and original condition. All packaging and labels must be attached.

Postage charges on returns are not refundable, with the exception of faulty items. The Online Store cannot exchange or refund items purchased instore.

At present we are unable to apply Stomp Care Club discounts online.

Can I use gift vouchers online?
At present we are unable to accept gift vouchers via stompfootwear.com.au. To redeem a gift voucher please visit our store.

I bought an item at full price but the next day they went into the sale - can I get the difference refunded?
No. Once ordered the price is fixed for both home delivery and collect from store.
