Processing your Order
Stomp Footwear offers FREE Standard shipping on all orders over $150 for Australian customers only. General delivery time for standard shipping is 1 to 10 business days depending on location.
Delivery fee Australia wide for orders under $150 is AUD$15 for Express Parcel post, sent via Australia post. General delivery time is 1 to 2 business days depending on location.
We will ship orders within 24 hours of placing it Mon – Fri. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
When you create an account with us, you must provide true and accurate account information. You must keep your user name and password confidential, as we are entitled to assume that the person using these login details is you.
Placing an order using an ‘Online account’ gives you the ability to exchange in-store or online, refund through our online return system only and track your order. Using an ‘Online account’ means that your shipping details are also saved for future use.
Stores will only provide a refund when the item is faulty, refer to our Refunds and Exchanges policy. If you make a purchase using a ‘Guest’ account, you will not have the ability to see your order history.
Cancellations and Order Amendments
There is only a very limited period of time where an order can be changed or cancelled before it’s dispatched. It is always Stomp Footwear’s intention to provide accurate stock availability, however at the time of making a purchase it is possible that stock information is not accurate as the website is updated manually.
Loss of Goods
Stomp Footwear does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our warehouse. A tracking number is providing with Express Postage and we will advise you this on despatch. If you experience any problems with your delivery please contact us.
